*Final Square Footage to be calculated by app. If the device determines the overall space to be over 5,000 sqft., I can not contest this measurement, and price will be subjected to additional charge on the final invoice. If basement or “lower level”, decks, balconies and/or porches are scanned, this measurement is also added into the final square footage calculation.
